Ladies Only Refuse To Be A Victim with Basic Self Defense

The single most important step toward ensuring your own safety is having a personal safety strategy in place before you need it. "Refuse To Be A Victim" is designed to teach that mindset. It is NOT a firearms class. It's a seminar with discussions that will help you improve your personal safety strategies for every area of your life.

Topics covered:
• Mental preparedness
• How to make your home more secure
• Improving your physical security in various environments
• Safety precautions when driving
• Safeguarding yourself and items when traveling
• Personal protection devices
• Workplace safety
• Safety for college students

We will have a working lunch and then the afternoon we will conduct a Basic Self Defense Seminar where we will teach you tactics to fight for your life and get away.

Doors Open: 8:30am
Class Start Time: 9am
Class ends: approximately 3pm
What to wear: comfortable clothing so if you choose to participate you will be able to.

What to bring: anything you need to take notes. Snacks, drinks, and your lunch. We will have a working lunch to maximize the day
