Golden Triangle Gun Club Across The Course Matches Sponsored by the Golden Triangle Gun Club
What is Across-the-Course (XTC)?XTC matches test a shooter’s ability to fire accurate, controlled shots at multiple distances and positions in one match. You shoot the same rifle through a series of stages at 200, 300, and 600 yards, switching positions and time limits along the way. The big idea: it’s not just marksmanship—it’s position, wind reading, transitions, and mental discipline. Course of Fire (Typical 80-Shot Match)200 YardsStanding (Offhand) – Slow Fire
