2021 Small Bore Rifle GTGC Regional Match

Match Program
Type of Tournament: Two day NRA registered smallbore rifle silhouette match. Standard Rifle on Saturday, Hunting Rifle on Sunday.
Rules: Current NRA Smallbore Rifle Silhouette Rules will apply. The use of open bolt indicators will be enforced.
Eligibility: NRA membership is required of all competitors, except for juniors, who may be members of a NRA junior affiliated club.
Classification: Any competitor who does not have an up-to-date classification will be required to compete in the highest classification for the entire match. (Any classification disputes will be resolved by NRA classification card or old scorebooks for the competitor in question or be prepared to shoot in the highest classification.) Entry fees will be accepted at the Range until the first relay is called to the line Saturday morning or until 50 entries are received.
Match Schedule: April 9, 2021. Range will be open for practice 10:00 A.M. – dark.
There will be an air rifle match on April 9. It will be one rifle of the shooters choice. Whatever rifle the shooter chooses to shoot will be the rifle classification that they are competing in. The air rifle match will begin at 2:00 PM April 9, 2021.
April 10, 2021 Match I & II Standard S.B. Rifle will begin at 9:00 A.M.
April 11, 2021 Match I & II Hunter S.B. Rifle will begin at 9:00 A.M.
Aggregate Match Smallbore Rifle: Combined scores Match I & II per rifle.
Course of Fire: Each match will be 40 shots consisting of two 5-shot, 2½ minute strings fired at each range by relay at 40 meters (Chicken), 60 meters (Pig), 77 meters (Turkey), and 100 meters (Ram).
Awards: Award plaques will be awarded for class winners for each rifle and additional places will be awarded per 5 shooters in each class registered by March 7th. Only 1st place ties decided by shoot off, the rest by reverse animal count. At the completion of the match and all shoot offs, awards will be given for the following:
• Overall Champion in each rifle
• 1st in each class per rifle and then one place award per 5 shooters registered in each class.
• Awards will also be given for High Woman, High Junior, and High Senior (60+).
Squading Requests: Will be accommodated as far as possible on a first come first served basis.
Entry Fees: 1st gun $70, 2nd gun $30. Junior fees are $25 for 1st gun and $10 for 2nd gun. The air rifle match on March 27 is $15.

Please send in your Registration Form as soon as possible (by email or mailing), you can pay at the match, but we would like to have your registration as early as possible to set up squading and match schedules.
