Weather permitting, C & R Industrial Services will be performing range maintenance Friday and Monday.  This will include mowing of the ranges, as well as spray herbicide along ditches and berms inside the range facilities.  This work has been delayed by the weather and wet condition of the range for some time.  

Please give the work crews the right-of-way on all roads and ranges so that they can complete their work in a timely manner and help decrease the amount of time ranges are shut down during this period.   

Let's all keep our fingers crossed that the weather will allow us to finish this work quickly.

Renewal Invoices Have Been Emailed-

1. If you have already attended orientation you do not have to attend the class again as long as you do not let your membership lapse. Therefore, please do not register for another class. Your registration will be deleted.

2. If you have auto renew turned on, you still get an invoice and it will auto deduct on September 1st. 

3. If you are not renewing, please send us an email at GTGCTX@gmail.com

4. The gate code will change on October 1, at that time you will log into the website or the app to get your new gate code.

If you have already taken orientation, it is for the lifetime of your membership. If you do not lapse, you do not have to take orientation again. If your membership lapse is, yes, you would then need to go through orientation again.

After you have downloaded the app to your phone, you will first need to go to the web page and log into your profile to set up your username and password. Then you can enter the username and password into the app and it will allow you to login. Unfortunately, this is not some thing that I can change. I am sorry for any confusion or frustration that that causes. If you do not like to use computers, you can use your browser on your phone and log into the web page there as well. Either way, it is a requirement prior to using the app.

The red range warning lights located on the 100-yd. rifle range are now operational after repair.  These lights are used to notify everyone that the range is cold and there may be people downrange.  ABSOLUTELY NO HANDLING OF FIREARMS ANYWHERE ON THE RANGE IS ALLOWED WHEN THE RED LIGHTS ARE FLASHING.

Recent rains dealt the final blow to a dead tree located near the entrance gate.  The small tree fell down across the keypad at the entrance gate causing damage.  The keypad is still working but it is bent over at an angle requiring members to get out of the vehicle to enter the access code.  It may take a while to repair the damage spending availability of repair personnel.

06/09/2021- Over the course of a few days I will be doing some updates to our software program, ap, and website.  Please note that some data will be temporarily missing on your membership cards, such as your NRA #.  Once the maintenance is finished it will all be back in place.  

ALERT!

Be careful at the Club during this week of heavy rains and flash flooding.  As of noon today (Monday, May 17th) the bridge crossing the drainage ditch to the rifle and shotgun ranges is impassable with water rushing at a higher than normal velocity approximately 6-10 inches deep.  Do not attempt to cross!  Come back another day to shoot.
