TERMS: Tickets will be sold online only with a minimum of $20 per transaction. There are no limit on how many tickets you can purchase. Need not be present to win. The drawing will be generated from the tickets and the winner will be notified via email. Winners will be notified, using the contact information (name/phone/email) provided online when purchasing the raffle ticket. Prizes are not transferable. The person designated on the ticket must claim the prize. There are no refunds on ticket purchases. Ticket purchaser must be a Texas resident, at least 21 years of age, and be able to legally purchase and possess a firearm, including passing a FFL/background check. State and Federal laws apply. Winner must successfully complete “Federal Form 4473” prior to receiving prize. The person whose name is on each ticket will be the only person who can claim the gun won for that ticket. By obtaining a raffle ticket you attest that you are a law-abiding citizen of good moral character, may legally possess the firearm won, agree to use the firearm only in a legal and safe manner, and will, or have already obtained instruction on the safe use and operation of the firearm won. They will pick up the gun at The Gun Cabinet in Sour Lake, TX Owner, Matt Ryan (409) 658-9560. Firearm must be claimed within 21 days of the date of the raffle drawing or the winner will forfeit the prize. The information above is to the best of our knowledge and we can not be held liable for errors.
How to get tickets: We are using our event registration to not to have to pay for another service and cost us money. When "registering for the event" you are signing up for a ticket and you can add extra tickets to your purchase at the bottom on the app and online, it will tally the grand total for you. I know this is inconvenient but it keeps the costs down.
